Leadership by design. Not endurance.

The Premise

The leaders who last are not the ones who push hardest. They are the ones who built the capacity to stay regulated under load.

What This Is

A leadership intensive that begins in the body.

This is not a wellness day. It is a leadership intensive designed for people running organisations, departments and lives under sustained pressure. People who have already tried doing more, and who suspect the next chapter depends on something other than pushing harder.

The work moves across four pillars: nervous system regulation, embodiment, alignment and legacy. Each builds on the one before it. By 3pm, you will have a different relationship with the physiology that has been quietly shaping your decisions, your relationships and the version of leadership you are actually delivering.

The room is small on purpose. Sixteen to eighteen leaders. The entire top floor of Crystal Brook Kingsley. The bar next door as a breakout. A curtained space for containment. The restaurant closed throughout. For leaders, privacy is not a luxury. It is the permission structure that lets real work begin.

The Four Pillars

The architecture of sustainable leadership.

I.

Regulation

The operating system underneath everything else. The capacity to return to ventral after activation, to feel the early signals, and to treat your physiology as a leadership instrument rather than a logistics problem.

II.

Embodiment

The data stream most leaders are trained to ignore. Reading the room with more than your conscious mind. Knowing what your body is telling you before the spreadsheet catches up.

III.

Alignment

What happens when stated values and lived calendar diverge. The slow drift between the leader you said you would be and the leader you actually were today. How to close that gap from a regulated state.

IV.

Legacy

The longer arc. Who you are becoming, not just what you are building. The compounding cost of leading from depletion, and the compounding return of leading from design.

The Day

A schedule built for depth, not pace.

From the moment you arrive, the day is designed to slow the nervous system before it asks the mind to learn. Every element of the schedule, the venue and the food has been chosen to make real work possible.

Beyond The Day

Thirty days of considered integration.

The work does not end at 3pm on 28 July. Every leader is held through a thirty-day integration sequence designed to embed what surfaced, before old patterns can reassert themselves. Included with every seat.

24h

The morning after

A guided reflection prompt the morning following the immersion, while the day is still alive in your nervous system. Designed to capture what shifted before it fades into ordinary life.

7d

Group integration call

A private virtual gathering of the cohort one week after the day. Share what is landing, ask the questions that have surfaced, hold the work together with the leaders who walked the same room.

30d

The thirty-day close

A final group session to close the immersion arc, look at what has changed in the field of your leadership, and consider what is next from a regulated baseline.

A Considered Invitation

Who this is for.

This is for

The leader carrying too much.

  • Founders, CEOs and executives running organisations under sustained pressure
  • Senior leaders who can feel themselves operating from depletion
  • People who have already tried doing more, and know that is not the answer
  • Leaders who want their next decade to look different from their last
  • Anyone who suspects regulation is the foundation underneath everything else they value
This is not for

The first stop on a journey.

  • Anyone looking for a one-off wellness day or a corporate retreat
  • People who want fast techniques without the deeper work
  • Leaders not yet ready to look at the physiology underneath their performance
  • Those seeking spectacle or transformation as theatre
  • Anyone who would prefer to stay intellectualised about all of this

Considered Questions

Things worth asking.

The structure of the day is intentional. One day is long enough to do meaningful nervous system work, short enough to fit into a leader's calendar without becoming another item that gets postponed. What shifts in the room is the beginning, not the whole arc. The pre-event 1:1 (early bird), the companion workbook, and the thirty-day integration sequence are all designed to extend the work either side of the day itself.
This is not a replacement for any of those modalities. It works alongside them. The difference is that this is a leadership intensive, designed for the executive register, taught by someone with two decades inside corporate leadership and deep training in polyvagal and somatic work. The work is calibrated for people whose roles do not allow for breakdown, and whose nervous systems have been shaped by sustained executive load.
The entire top floor of Crystal Brook Kingsley is closed for the day. The restaurant is closed. The bar is private. The room composition is reviewed for conflicts before the day. A clear confidentiality agreement holds the group. For leaders, privacy is not a luxury. It is the permission structure that lets real work begin.
Three considered touchpoints across the month following the immersion. A guided 24-hour reflection prompt the morning after the day. A private group integration call with the cohort one week later. A final 30-day close session to hold what has changed and look at what is next. All included with every seat.
A different physiological baseline. Specific frameworks for noticing and shifting your state in real conditions. Practical protocols for the moments that matter most in your leadership. A companion workbook with integration activities. A clearer view of where dysregulation has been shaping your decisions. And a small cohort of leaders walking the same work alongside you.
Seats are non-transferable to another date and refunds are not offered after registration. If a personal emergency arises, please reach out directly. With only 16–18 seats, every place matters and the room is curated. We ask that you book only when you are genuinely able to be in the room on 28 July.
